BUTTON COMBINATION CHEAT

UNLOCK THE EXTRA MODE
On the Title screen, press Start.
Now, as Rocky begins to run across the screen, Press:
Y, A, R, A, B, A
The Extra Mode allows various game options to be adjusted.
Set the "Continues" option to "?" for unlimited continues.
