Select the Configuration mode, highlight Exit and press:

Press Up or Down to go to any stage.
MAX POWER CRYSTALS
During play, hit pause and press:
Up, X, Right, A, Down, B, Left, Y.
MAX HEALTH METER
During play, do a Spinning Back Kick by pressing Away + Y. Pause the
game, and press:
Up, X, Right, A, Down, B, Left, Y.
