Level
Select / Energy Gain At opening credits press:
L, Up, X, Up, R, Y.
If you do this correctly an extra green line will appear at the bottom of
the screen and a warning screen will appear.
Just ignore it.
Now enter A + Y for level select and then enter B + X for energy gain.
To use level select at the beginning of a level, just press Select.
