BUTTON COMBINATION CHEAT

UNLOCK VARIOUS CHEATS
On the Game Start screen, press:
Left, Up, Left, Left, A, B, Y.
Gives you the stage select screen, all of the gadgets available when you start, and you'll be able to choose the Riddler when playing in practice mode.
