Unlocking the infinite ammo cheat: To get this you must successfully
complete all levels, with an 'A' grade, on the Normal setting.
Unlocking the hard difficulty: To get this you must successfully
complete all levels on the Normal setting.
Unlocking the infinite shield cheat: To get this you must successfully
complete all levels on the Hard setting.
Unlocking the infinite health cheat: To get this you must successfully
complete all levels, with a 'C' or above grade, on the Hard setting.
Unlocking the infinite grenades cheat: To get this you must
successfully complete all levels, with a 'B' or above grade, on the Hard
setting.
Unlocking the choice of left hand weapon cheat: To get this you must
successfully complete all levels, with an 'A' grade, on the Hard setting.
