On the main menu, hold R1 + L1 and press:
Circle, Square, Square, Triangle, X.

Unlimited Ammo: Hit 50 barrels in challenge 18.
Unlitimited Health: Hit 179 barrels in challenge 17.
Unlimited Turbo: Pick up 7 zappers in challenge 4.
Unlock All Cars: Hit 11 Bonus Stunt items in challenge 8.
Unlock All Items: Find Hidden Key in challenge 18.
Unlock FMV's: Hit 40 barrels in challenge 12.
Unlock the worlds: Hit 20 barrels in challenge 7.
