TIPS
CHEATS
Cheat mode: Fire and reload the lightgun or controller at a blank
portion of the main menu (or off the screen completely) to spell out the code
words. The number of times Fire is pressed corresponds to a letter in the
alphabet, with 1 being the equivalent of "A" through 26 being the
equivalent of "Z". Press Reload to move on to the next letter. .
Master code: Enter "MEBIGCHEAT" as a code. Press Fire(x13),
Reload, Fire(x5), Reload, Fire(x2), Reload, Fire(x9), Reload, Fire(x7), Reload,
Fire(x3), Reload, Fire(x8), Reload, Fire(x5), Reload, Fire, Reload, Fire(x20),
Reload at the main menu. The screen will flash to confirm correct code entry
Arcade mode: Enter "BLAM" as a code. Press Fire(x2), Reload,
Fire(x12), Reload, Fire, Reload, Fire(x13), Reload at the main menu. The screen
will flash to confirm correct code entry The "Arcade Mode" option will
now be unlocked in the extras menu. Alternately, successfully complete the game.
Country challenges: Enter "ABROAD" as a code. Press Fire,
Reload, Fire(x2), Reload, Fire(x18), Reload, Fire(x15), Reload, Fire, Reload,
Fire(x4), Reload at the main menu.
Mighty Joe Jupiter mini-games: Enter "MIGHTIER" as a code.
Press Fire(x13), Reload, Fire(x9), Reload, Fire(x7), Reload, Fire(x8), Reload,
Fire(x20), Reload, Fire(x9), Reload, Fire(x5), Reload, Fire(x18), Reload at the
main menu.
Jukebox and music test: Enter "LETSBOOGIE" as a code. Press
Fire(x12), Reload, Fire(x5), Reload, Fire(x20), Reload, Fire(x19), Reload,
Fire(x15), Reload, Fire(x15), Reload, Fire(x7), Reload, Fire(x9), Reload at the
main menu.
UNLOCKING HINTS
Unlock Arcade Mode: Complete the game once. Arcade Mode will then be
selectable in Extra Menu.
Unlock Cane Gun: Complete Arcade Mode with the Machine Gun. The Cane Gun
will be available for selection of the next game. This weapon has unlimited
ammo.
Unlock Country Challenge: Complete a country in the game and that stage
will be available to select in Country Challenge mode. Let's say you have
completed all the stages in Great Britain. If you do that, Great Britain will be
unlocked in Country Challenge mode.
Unlock Episode Three in Mighty Joe Jupiter Mode: Complete all Normal
Levels in Mighty Joe Jupiter mode to unlock Episode Three in Mighty Joe Jupiter
mode.
Unlock Episode Two in Mighty Joe Jupiter Mode: Complete all the Easy
Levels in Cadet Training mode in Mighty Joe Jupiter mode to unlock Episode Two
in this mode.
Unlock Hyper Arcade Mode: Complete Arcade Mode with the Shot Gun. Hyper
Arcade Mode will then be selectable in the Arcade Mode menu.
Unlock Machine Gun for Arcade Mode: Complete Arcade Mode with the Pistol.
The Machine Gun will then be available to select for the next game. This weapon
has 20 ammo and rapid fire.
Unlock Mirror Mode: Complete the game once. Mirror Mode will then be
selectable in Arcade Mode. When enabled, the entire game play screen will be
backwards except for your score, bullets, time, and lives.
Unlock Music Jukebox in Options Mode: Complete The Mighty Joe Jupiter
Trilogy to unlock Music Jukebox in Options mode. The Music Jukebox allows you to
play all the music used in Endgame.
Unlock Shot Gun: Complete Arcade Mode with the Cane Gun. The Shot Gun
will then be available for selection in the next game. The Shot Gun has 6 ammo
and wider shots.
Unlock The Mighty Joe Jupiter Trilogy in Mighty Joe Jupiter Mode:
Complete all Mighty Levels in Cadet Training mode to unlock The Mighty Joe
Jupiter Trilogy in Mighty Joe Jupiter Mode.
Mighty Joe Jupiter mini-games: Successfully complete all Mighty levels in
cadet training mode to unlock the "Mighty Joe Jupiter Trilogy" option
in Mighty Joe Jupiter mode. Complete the easy levels in cadet training mode to
unlock Mighty Joe Jupiter Episode 2. Complete the normal levels in cadet
training mode to unlock Mighty Joe Jupiter Episode 3
