BUTTON
COMBINATION CHEATS
NTSC and PAL are versions of the game for different
regions. Check the game box or instructions to find out which
version you have... If in doubt, try both sets of cheats.
Note: These cheats assume that the buttons are in the default
configuration.
WEAPONS CHEAT: NTSC VERSION
This cheat will give you all weapons and ammunition
reload.
During play, press Select to enter the inventory screen, then
press:
L1, Triangle, R2, L2, L2, R2, Circle, L1.
Lara will make a sound to confirm.
WEAPONS CHEAT: PAL VERSION
This cheat will give you all weapons and ammunition
reload.
During play, press Select to enter the inventory screen, then
press:
L1, Triangle, L2, R2, R2, L2, Circle, L1
Lara will make a sound to confirm.
LEVEL SKIP: NTSC VERSION
During play, press Select to enter the inventory screen,
then press:
L2, R2, L1 Circle, Triangle, L1, R2, L2
Now press Select and you will skip to the next level.
LEVEL SKIP: PAL VERSION
During play, press Select to enter the inventory screen,
then press:
L2, R2, Triangle, L1, L1, Circle, R2, L2
Now press Select and you will skip to the next level.
UNLOCKING HINT
All weapons and unlimited ammunition: Win the game and
load any saved level to access all weapons, unlimited
ammunition, and additional enemies.
HINTS AND PLAYING TIPS
Gymnastic move while vaulting over ledges: Walk up to the
ledge, then hold Forward and press X to start climbing up.
Just after Laura starts climbing up, hold walk (R1). If done
correctly, she should pull up, flip up to a hand-stand, then
flip over onto her feet. Note: This does not make you climb
any better.
Flip in the air: Instead of jumping forward or backward
and pressing Roll immediately, press the opposite direction.
For example, if you jump forward, immediately press Down and
Lara will do a flip in the air. Do the opposite if you jump
backwards.
Diving into water: If you are near a pool of water, you
can run and dive into it by holding Run and then holding
Square, X, and R1.
