CHEATS, HINTS AND PLAYING TIPS

BUTTON COMBINATION CHEATS

UNLOCK ALL UPGRADES
On the Title screen until the Venue Screen appears, hold:
L1 + L2 + R1 + Down + Start
Now enter the Speed Shop and for access to every upgrade.

MAX POINTS
Load the game and hold:
L1 + L2 + R1 + Down + Start on controller two when the Jaleco logo appears.
Hold the buttons until the title screen appears.
When buying parts for your car in scenario mode, you will have the maximum amount of points allowed in the game.

HINTS AND PLAYING TIPS
Race against the Drift King: Complete the game in scenario mode and choose vs. CPU mode.
New cars: Defeat the Drift King for access to three additional cars (Supra, NSX, and GT-R).
Color select: Load the file used to defeat Drift King and use the Supra, NSX, or GT-R defeat him again to activate color select. Enter the car selection screen and press R2 to change colors.
Alternate car appearance: Win a race in scenario mode. Press L2 at the car selection screen to change the color and stripes of the cars.
Alternate speedometer: Win a race in scenario mode. During game play, Hold L1 and press Select on controller two for a white speedometer.
Best time and lap display: Win a race in scenario mode. During game play, hold Up and press Select on controller two.
View debug information: Win a race in scenario mode. During game play, hold Down and press Select on controller two.
