PLAY AS A GHOST SHIP
Begin a game in two player mode and intentionally allow player two to run out of lives.
Successfully complete the remainder of the current level as player one.
Get the password that is generated, then quit the current game.
Enter the password at the options menu to play as a ghost ship.
