follow the steps below..
1. On the Player Selection screen, quickly press:
Up, R1, Down, L2, Right, L1, Left, R2.
When entered correctly, choose Guile to play as Akuma.

On the Game Selection screen, highlight the Practice option
with the cursor and press:
