On any mission briefing screen, press:

HINTS
Secret Missions
Complete the following mission objectives to unlock the secret mission..
Mission 1A
Complete Mission 1 with at least:
40% accuracy within 5 minutes and 2 seconds.
Mission 4A
Complete Mission 4 with at least:
40% accuracy and under 6 minutes and 44 seconds.
Mission 5A
In mission 5, destroy the first half of the Energy Plough and use your
tractor beam on the second half.
Mission 5B
Search for the info unit and use your tractor beam to attain it. You'll find
it between the two asteroids, near the broken shuttle.
