ALL CARS
On the Car Selection screen, press and hold the following buttons in order: 
R1 + R2 + L1 + L2 + Select + Down + Triangle.

RACE SELECTION
Enter the cheats below on Course select screen..

NIGHT RACE ONLY
Hold R1 + R2 and press X

DAY RACE ONLY
Hold L1+L2 then press X

DUSK RACE ONLY
Hold R1+R2+L1+L2 and press X
