CHEATS AND HINTS
UNLOCK
THE Bonus match up
Press Circle, Up, Up, Down, Down,
Left, Right, Left, Right at the "Press Start" screen, to unlock
the "Bonus Match Up" option at the main menu.
The phrase "Bonus Match Up" will appear to confirm correct code
entry.
This allows you to play as Itchy and Scratchy, Kodos and Kang, or Burns and
Smithers, as well as choose any arena. Alternately, win the New Challenger,
Defender, and Champion circuits
UNLOCK
THE Bonus ring
Press Circle, R2, R1, Circle, R2, R1 at the "Press Start"
screen. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
UNLOCK
THE Big arm mode
Press Circle, L1, Circle, R1, Circle, L2, Circle at the "Press
Start" screen or after pausing game play. A sound will confirm correct
code entry.
UNLOCK
THE Funny credits
Press Circle, L1, Circle, L1, Circle, R1, Circle, R1 at the "Press
Start" screen. A sound will confirm correct code entry. Then, select
the "Credits" option.
Display
game completion date
Press Square, Circle, L1, R1 at the "Press Start" screen or
after pausing game play. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
In-game
reset
Press Start to pause game play, then hold Start + Select.
HINTS
Defeating
Bumblebee Man
Bumblebee Man will send a dog after you. Watch out for him, because he will
bite you and may win the match.
Defeating
Kang
He has a club that he keeps hitting you with; a ray gun that he shoots
you with, and two to three very long legs. The best thing to do against him
is to build up energy all the way to the "O" key, jump, then press
Circle.
Hint:
Defeating Waylon Smithers and Mr. Burns
When fighting Smithers and Mr. Burns, Smithers will keep throwing a
three-eyed fish at you, which makes you slip and fall. Mr. Burns will keep
throwing mini nuclear bombs.
To avoid being hit by Mr.
Burns' bombs, go to the far end of the ring, away from him. The bombs cannot
reach you there. From there, you will just have to worry about Smithers.

win as Barney
Rapidly press Square.
Easy
win as Krusty
Krusty will easily defeat all the defenders with his Circle attack. Wait
until he is powered up, then use it on the defender. You will take all his
life away. Do this as many times as needed.
Easy
win as Moe
When your opponent's energy is low with just the last bit remaining,
press Triangle to throw one of Moe's beers. The beer will turn into fire,
and when your opponent is down, go for the cover by getting close to your
opponent and pressing L1 You have to do this quickly, before Moe's fire
burns out. If done correctly, your opponent will not be able to kick out.
Cheat
mode
Win the New Challenger, Defender, and Champion circuits to unlock
options that allows you to play as Itchy and Scratchy, Kodos and Kang, or Burns
and Smithers, as well as an arena select.
Fighting Waylon Smithers and Mr.
Burns
When fighting Smithers and Mr. Burns, Smithers will keep throwing a
three-eyed fish at you, which makes you slip and fall. Mr. Burns will keep
throwing mini nuclear bombs.

eventually fight Moe. Defeat him and save the match to unlock him on the
character selection screen.
Play as Professor
Frink
When you play the game in the Defender Circuit, you will eventually
fight Professor Frink. Defeat him and save the match to unlock him on the
character selection screen.
Play as Ned
Flanders
When you play the game in the Defender Circuit, you will eventually
fight Ned Flanders. Defeat him and save the match to unlock him on the character
selection screen.
