Hit pause on the Zone Selection screen and press:

Resume game play

LEVEL 2 UNLOCK
Hit pause on the Zone Selection screen and press:

Resume game play

LEVEL THREE UNLOCK
Hit pause on the Zone Selection screen and Hold:
L1 + R1 + L2 + R2
Resume game play.
