When the Muppets are racing over the logo, press:

MORE MISS PIGGY CARS
In "Muppet Race Mania", go into "Tournament" (with Miss Piggy), go out of
tournament.
Then go in again (with Miss Piggy), now you will have a few other of Miss
Piggy's cars. (Scroll down to see them.)

UNLOCK THE FINAL STUNT
LEVEL
To unlock the last stunt level you need to get 100% on the game then go to Select
Course then there you have it!
