Use a text editor to edit the "garage.ini"
file in the game directory.

Use a text editor to edit the "menu.ini"
file in the game directory.
Edit the amount of money in a current saved game.
Start the game, load the edited save game, then save it in the same slow with a
different name.
Restart and load the saved game one final time to collect the
extra money.
