Hold
the L Button and press:

PLAYER
AND RINK SIZE
Hold
the Down C-Button and press the R Button:
This
will bring up a line of zeros with SPECIALS written next to it at the
bottom of the screen.
Head
Size: hold the Down C-Button and press: R
Button. Repeat to get different sized heads.
Body Size: hold the Left C-Button and press: R Button. Repeat to get the
different heights of the players.
Rink Size, hold the Up C-Button and press: R Button. Repeat to get
different shrink sizes.
