To get the Secret Car you must become World Grand Prix champion. You can do this with any difficulty setting or the damage option. Save the results to your Controller Pak. Restart the game and while on the title screen press and hold the A and B buttons. Hold until the Game Mode Select screen appears. Now when you select any game mode, you will notice that Team Forti has a new car
