On the Title Screen press:

Down, Right.
Open a save file and levels will be completed, with no bonus's or DK coins.
INFINITE LIVES
This does not work in time-attack mode.
On the Title Screen press:
Down, Down, Up, Left, Right.
Open a save file and you will have unlimited lives.
