On the Main Menu or on the Pause menu,
Hold The Right Shoulder button and press:
B, A, Left, Down, B, Left, Up, B, Up, Left, Left.
You will get confirmation that the cheat has been activated.

Unlock All Levels Only
On the Main Menu or on the Pause menu,
Hold The Right Shoulder button and press:
A, Start, A, Right, Up, Up, Down, Down, Up, Up, Down.
You will get confirmation that the cheat has been activated.

Unlock ALL Cheats

Perfect balance: Complete the game with 100% completion using any character.
Always have special: Complete the game with 100% completion using two characters.
10x multiplier (Stud mode): Complete the game with 100% completion using three characters.
Sim mode: Complete the game with 100% completion using four characters.
Moon physics: Complete the game with 100% completion using five characters.
Always zoom: Complete the game with 100% completion using six characters.
Slow-Nic mode: Complete the game with 100% completion using seven characters.
Anime mode: Complete the game with 100% completion using eight characters.
The Shadow: Complete the game with 100% completion using nine characters.
Fugitive: Complete the game with 100% completion using ten characters.
Invisible mode: Complete the game with 100% completion using twelve characters.
