Refill health .... L, Down, Left, Up, Down, R.
All items .... R, Up, Left, Right, Left, L.
All powers .... Down, Left, Right, Left, Up, L.
Level select .... Up, Left, Right, Down, Right, L.
99 lives .... Left, Right, Down, Right, Left, R.

UNLIMITED CONTINUES
On the continue screen, press:
Up, Down, Right, Left, Start.
