Select PASSWORD and put in:
SPIKE
CERA
LITTLEFOOT
GOLDEN TREE STAR
(from left to right)
And you will be taken to World 2 (Smelly Swamp)

World 3 (Tall Mountains)
Select PASSWORD and put in:
GOLDEN TREE STAR
SPIKE
DUCKY
LITTLE FOOT
(from left to right)
You will be taken to World 3 (Tall Mountains)

World 4 (Dark Cavern)
Select PASSWORD and put in:
Golden Tree Star
Golden Tree Star
Cera
Spike
(from left to right)
You will be taken to World 4 (Dark Cavern)

World 5 (Burning Mountain)
Select PASSWORD and put in:
Ducky
Cera
Golden Treestar
Cera
(from left to right)
You will be taken to World 5 (Burning Mountain)

UNLOCKING HINTS
Unlock Cera: You must beat Dusty Desert with Littlefoot. Including the Boss. You now find Cera, and from now on you can play as her.
Unlock Ducky: Simply complete World 4. You will free Ducky and from now on you can play as Ducky through out the remaining stages.
Unlock Spike: To unlock Spike simply complete World 2. In world 3 you can play as him.
