CHEATS
All the cheats from the original (Sega Genesis/Megadrive) Sonic games are built into this collection and they are as follows...

SONIC 1

LEVEL SELECT
On the title screen, press:
Up, Down, Left, Right on the d-pad.
You will hear a chime to confirm.
Now, while holding the button that is the Genesis A button, press start.

EASY EMERALDS
After enabling the level select cheat above do the following:
Go into the special stage and collect the emerald.
Hit Z and go back to the title screen.
Do this until you have all of the emeralds.

SONIC 2

LEVEL SELECT
Go into the options menu.
From there, play these sounds in the following order:
19, 65, 09, 17.
You will hear a chime to confirm.
Now, while sound effects is highlighted, press Start.
On the main menu, hold the button that is the Genesis A button, and press Start.

EASY EMERALDS
After enabling the level select cheat above do the following:
Go into the special stage and collect the emerald.
Hit Z and go back to the title screen.
Do this until you have all of the emeralds.

UNLOCK SUPER SONIC
On the level select screen, play these sounds in the following order:
4, 1, 2, 6.
Start any stage and when you get 50 rings, jump and you will become Super Sonic.

UNLOCK THE DEBUG MODE
On the level select screen, play these sounds in the following order:
1, 9, 9, 2, 1, 1, 2, 4

LEVEL SELECT (WHEN LOCKED ONTO S&K)
On the title screen, press:
Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right on the D-Pad.
Now, while holding the button that is the Genesis A button, press Start.

SONIC 3

LEVEL SELECT
During the time it shows Sonic, press:
Up, Up, Down, Down, Up, Up, Up, Up on the D-Pad.
This may take a few tries.
If done right, you can go down past 'Competition' on the main menu, getting an 'Options' menu.

UNLOCK THE DEBUG MODE
On the level select screen, go to any stage and hold the button that is the Genesis A button, and press Start.

SONIC SPINBALL

CHOOSE A LEVEL
On the options menu, press:
A, Down, B, Down, C, Down, A, B, Up, A, C, Up, B, C, Up.
You will hear a chime to confirm.
Now, go back to the main menu, hold A and press:
Start for level 2.
B and start for level 3.
C and start for level 4.
