How to unlock all Circuit Racing Cars: To get these you must successfully complete the game with an 'A' rank in all levels.
How to unlock the Extra Features: Successfully complete story mode. The extra features are gallery, concept art, pre-production gallery, and the credits.
How to unlock the Extra Options: To get these you must successfully complete all circuit races and get first place on each.
How to unlock Bonus Stunt Track 1: To get this you must complete the regular stunt tracks with an 'A' rank on each. 
How to unlock Bonus Stunt Track 2: To get this you must complete Bonus Stunt Track 1 with an 'A' rank.
How to unlock Bonus Stunt Track 3: To get this you must complete the Bonus Stunt Track 2 with an 'A' rank.
