Views of the Valley: Go to the Special Features menu and click around until you get to Randy and hit Enter. You'll be taken to a menu of different places in the Valley. 
Valley Girl Translator: On the Special Features menu, to the Right, beside the "Views of the Valley" egg, above his picture is a close-up of a blouse with hearts on it. Three of those hearts can be highlighted which will take you to different scenes in the movie and translate the "Valley Girl" talk into English.
