Unused Stanley Spadowsky Scene
When the Main Menu pops up, go to the Audio Setup.
Arrow Down to Francais, then arrow Left.
This should highlight the Red Snapper fish. Press Select.
You will see an unused scene where Stanley Spadowsky greets you at his Clubhouse window and talks to his flowers.

Film Intro by Weird Al
When the Main Menu pops up, arrow over and highlight Audio Options. Then arrow Down.
The radio knob below will become highlighted. Press select.
You will see a brief scene where Weird Al is in the editing room, finishing up UHF, where he gives the film a brief introduction. After that, the movie starts.
