Insert the second disc of the set and on the Main Menu, highlight the Action Sequences menu entry.
Then, press the Right arrow key on your remote control to highlight the icon of a bus.
Press Enter and you will get to a number of credit pages.
Browse through them by pressing the Right arrow key and at the end you will get to see the alternate Cargo Jet Explosion, as it was shown in the Airline versions of the movie.
