On the Main Menu go to the Extras submenu.
From there, press the Up arrow key on your remote control to highlight the word Extras on the screen.
Now, press the Enter key and you will be treated to an interview segment in which director Sergio Sollima talks about Oliver Reed's "non-formal" attire at an elegant Paris restaurant.
