On the Main Menu, press Down on your remote until the Extras option is highlighted.
When done, press Down once more to highlight a small blue rectangle to the right, then press Enter.
On the next screen you have to enter the correct code to open the vault and access the deleted scene.
Enter: 1066 to gain access.
