NAME CHEAT
This will Unlock the XSR car in the Family Scenario and will give you a head start when tackling the missions on the Hard setting.
Note: This name cheat was done on a PAL version of the game, but it may work on the NTSC version.
Enter your name as the game's Executive Producer:
KANNAITO
You will hear a cry of 'Woooooohhhhh' to confirm that it's a cheat.

UNLOCKING THE EMBLEMS
This is just a guide... I have managed to unlock all the emblems and this is how I think I did it!!
READ THIS FIRST:
You must be on the Medium or hard settings to get all the emblems.
It is not possible to get all the emblems in easy mode as they are not all available.
To unlock some of the emblems.. You need to go through each mission three or more times.

Scenario A: Family
REMEMBER: You can only get all the Emblems in the Hard Setting.. But most are available in the Medium setting.

Mission 1
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Emblem 01 - The IMC: Fiat 600

Jump off the lorry ramp and through the window bridge near the Triangle building and finish the mission.
Unlocks: Emblem 15 - Climax editors

Mission 2
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Emblem 02 - SST-A - Dodge Truck

Get all 4 hotdogs and finish the mission.
Unlocks: Emblem 03 - Special Mission 1

Mission 3
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Emblem 04 - ES-GT - Sports Sedan

Finish the mission with $0 damage;
Unlocks: Emblem 05 - F1-6 - Six wheeled F1 car

Go through the sewer and collect the briefcase.
Unlocks: Emblem 13 - SGX-11 - Suzuki Motorcycle

Finish the mission in under 3 minutes.
Hints..
Go through the trolley roundtable yard at the base of hill.
Take the ramp and hit the building (Naito House).
Hit the fire hydrant on the right in last stretch.
Unlocks: Emblem 14 - PIGGIE and Emblem 28 - BIM - Men in Black car

Mission 4
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Emblem 06 - XSR - Acura NSX

Finish the mission in under 2 minutes
Unlocks - Emblem 07 - Special Mission 2

Mission 5
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Emblem 08 - ATV-A - Army 4x4

Mission 6
 Finish the mission before the timer runs out and cause $30,000,000+ damage.
Unlocks: Emblem 09 TANK-A - Army Tank

Special Mission 1
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Emblem 10 - RSP - Street Sweeper

Finish the mission with $0 damage.
Unlocks: Emblem 11 - Bus-A - Tour Bus

Special Mission 2
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks:  Nothing at all.

Only under the Hard setting will you get an emblem..
Finish the mission under 7 minutes and..
Take the picture at the end of the golden gate and the one on the far side of fort point underneath the bridge.
Note: They aren't marked on the map.
Unlocks: Emblem 12 - F1-X

SCENARIO B: POLICE
REMEMBER: You can only get all the Emblems in the Hard Setting.. But most are available in the Medium setting.

Mission 1
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Emblem 16 - 4WB - Quad Bike

Mission 2
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Emblem 17 - CVH - Chevy Convertible and..
Emblem 18 - Special Mission 1

Finish the mission in under 4:30
Unlocks: Emblem 30 - Super-view

Mission 3
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Emblem 19 - 533GT & SST-B; Ferrari & Dodge Truck

Mission 4
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Emblem 20 - LIM - Stretch Limo and
Emblem 21 - Special Mission 2

Collect the briefcase on the roof tops and finish the mission.
Unlocks: Emblem 29 - Runabout VMU game

Mission 5
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Hit the moving ambulances and take a shortcut through the subway.
Unlocks: Emblem 22 - AMB - Ambulance and
Emblem 23 - ATV-B; Army 4x4

Mission 6
Finish the mission before the timer runs out and cause $1,000,000 worth of damage.
Unlocks: Emblem 24 - Combo-1 - The Red Truck

Special Mission 1
 Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Emblem 25 - TAC - Fast Sports car

Finish the mission with $0 damage.
Unlocks:  Emblem 26 - Bus-B - Tour Bus

Special Mission 2
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks:  Nothing at all.

Only under the Hard setting will you get an emblem..
Finish the mission under 6:40 and with $0 of damage.
Unlocks: Emblem 27 - Tank-B
