BUTTON COMBINATION CHEATS

ALL CARS (NTSC)
On the title screen press:
Up, Down, Up, B, A, Left, B, B, Down
(use the D-Pad, not the Analogue Stick)

ALL TRACKS (In Championship Mode) (NTSC)
On the title screen press:
Up, Left, Down, Right, B, A, B, Right, Down. 
This will open up all of the tracks in the Championship Mode.

ALL CARS AND YEARS (PAL)
On the title screen press:
Up, Up, Down, A, A, Right trigger, B, B, Down
(use the D-Pad, not the Analogue Stick)

ALL YEARS (In Ten Year Mode) (PAL)
On the title screen press:
Down, Down, Up, B, B, Left Trigger, A, A, B
