HOW TO GET UNLIMITED SHOTGUN AMMO
Follow the steps below..
1. Go to the room with the 2 paintings of the Captain and the Facility Model.
2. Go down the ladder and then back up it. 
3. when you get back up you will find the shotgun ammo behind the pedestal. 
4. Exit through the door and return to the room.
5. Go up and down the ladder again.
6. The shotgun ammo will be there again.
repeat this as many times as you like.

INFINITE AMMO(demo Version)
Try this on the Item Select screen, press:
Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Right
