ALL TRACKS AND BOATS
Beat the top time on any track and enter the initials ?DL.
In the European (PAL) version, enter the initials ?PB

GET THE BONUS TRACK
Before you start a game, go to the options menu and highlight Back. 
Press: Up, Up, Down, Up, Down, Down, Start and you'll open the bonus track.
