LEVEL SELECT
Shoot the title screen by pressing fire.
Then, while pressing pause, shoot either of the two exclamation points (!) at
the bottom right of the screen (they only appear if you shoot the title screen).
When the round selector eventually appears, shoot the number of the round you
wish to enter.
