BUTTON COMBINATION CHEATS

GAME CONTINUE
With this cheat you will be able to continue where you left off. 
On the Game Over screen, press:
1 + 2 simultaneously
Note: This cheat only works twice, and only up to the eight level.

SIMPLE REFUELLING
Follow the steps below..
1. Line up with the refuelling plane when it appears.
2. Use the D-pad to move across the top of the plane.
3. Press Down + 1 + 2 to refuel.
