Play one game, select continue and on Controller 2 press:
Left, Right, A, B, Down, Up
Now hold A + Select on Controller 1.
HIDDEN LADDERS
On the Title Screen and on Controller 2 press:
Left, Left, Left, B, B, A, A, A, A, Right.
Press Start on Controller 1
Now, when you play the game you will see all the hidden ladders.
