Genesis is the US name for the console and MegaDrive the Euro name..
Sonic Classics 3 in 1

SONIC ONE: STAGE SELECT
On the Title Screen of Sonic 1, press:
Up, Down, Left, and Right.
You will hear a sound to confirm.
Now press and hold A and press Start

SONIC 2: LEVEL SELECT
Chose Sonic 2 and go to options, then play sounds 19, 65, 09, 17 in that order.
Then press Start and hold: A.
When you get to the title screen press Start and the level select will appear.
