This may only be enabled once per game.
Pause game play and press:
Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, Down, Left, Left, Left, Right, Right, Right, C, C, B, A.

GUNS AT FULL POWER
This may only be enabled once per game.
Pause game play and press:
B, B, C, B, B, C, Up, Down, A

5 LIVES
This may only be enabled once per game.
Pause game play and press:
Right, Down, Right, Down, Left, Up, Left, Up, B, C, A.

LEVEL SELECT
Reset the Genesis ten times, then hold Down/Left at the title screen. A level selection entry will appear on the options screen.
